# Release Plans **Published 10/06/2025** Hi there! This post will probably be a little shorter, but work continues on some of the last remaining fundamental pieces of [[Journey Express]]. Once those parts are in place, I'll be able to resume end-to-end testing of the core gameplay loop. Naturally, that is an extremely important step before a game can be considered for any kind of wide release. Meanwhile, a new trailer is being worked on as well. Keep an eye out for that on Steam and socials! I'm leaning towards using Steam's **Early Access** feature as a step in the release process in order to get more feedback from players before an official 1.0 version is stamped and shipped. Feedback and bug reporting continues to be very valuable, but it's a bit in short supply right now. If you're interesting in beta testing *Journey Express*, feel free to reach out! 🕹️ **Like I mentioned in the last Steam news post, my current plan/target is to release *Journey Express* either late this year or early next!** I'll be sure to post about any changes or updates to that plan in the future as needed.
