# More Hours In A Day
**Published 2026-06-01**
It occurs to me fairly regularly how there just doesn't seem to be enough time in the day to get everything done that I'd like to! It's crazy to think that [[Journey Express]] releases in just a few days, and I've been sitting on a list of fun project ideas that I hope will follow before long.
The reason I thought I might write a bit on this is that I was filling out some of the notes for games that I've played (see the [[Now Playing]] page), and I ended up in the weeds with the [[Life Is Strange Series]]. It doesn't feel that long ago that I was thinking about [[Life Is Strange - Double Exposure]]:
> *Oh cool, a new* Life Is Strange *game is coming out, I should play that in a few months.*
Fast forward to now, and [[Life Is Strange - Reunion]] just came out a few months ago already with *Double Exposure* having been out for like a year and a half! Time goes by too fast. As far as games go, my philosophy for the last few years has been prioritize singleplayer titles that I can actually *finish*. I used to play multiplayer stuff like [[Rainbow Six - Siege]] and [[Dead By Daylight]], but they just **consume** time. I feel better playing things that I can actually cross off a list, so lately I've been focused on titles of that nature.
For example:
- [[Skies of Arcadia]]
- [[Rayman 2 - The Great Escape]]
- [[Resident Evil Requiem]]
I've been especially enjoying playing older games, too, as you can glean from the list above, and I try to play older stuff on original hardware if I'm able to, if at all possible.
**In the end, you have to have priorities, otherwise the important things won't get the time that they deserve.**
