C# - Traversing Up Directories
You can simply use ".." as parameters to Path.GetFullPath to traverse upwards in a directory tree:
string workingDir = Environment.CurrentDirectory;
string testDir = Path.GetFullPath(Path.Combine(workingDir, "..", ".."));
