Thoughts

This was a pretty crazy movie! It was like 3½ hours long, too, so we were at the theater for quite a while! I was invited by my partner’s brother to with him and his friend, and then my partner and her parents. I thought it was a fun movie, if a bit stressful! It’s loosely based on real events from the late 1990s and early 2000s where India’s intelligence agency sent undercover operatives into Pakistan to engage with terrorist groups there over time.

I don’t know if I’ll ever feel the need to watch it again, but it was cool to see a big-budget Indian/Bollywood film (there were subtitles since it was primarily in Hindi). Also, apparently there is a sequel that comes out in March of 2026, so that’s right around the corner.
