Annabelle Movie Guide
Overview
This note is mostly for my benefit to help keep track of what happened in which movie, especially since these movies cross over with Insidious films as well.
Film Notes
This film shows the couple living in the suburbs come across the doll and then eventually move to the city. Their neighbors meet a grisly fate at the hands of their adopted daughter, Annabelle.
In this film, the girls from the orphanage stay at the remote house. You learn where the titular Annabelle name and doll comes from, and the movie wraps up where the first movie starts.
This film has the titular Annabelle doll “escape containment,” as it were. The Warrens’ daughter, babysitter, and her friends have to deal with a bunch of spooky things over the course of the night, such as The Ferryman.
