Mass Effect

Thoughts

Mass Effect is one of my all-time favorite games, especially in the sci-fi genre! The character development and worldbuilding is just top-notch — I really don’t think I can think of a better example. Besides the gameplay being a little on the aged side, such as the planetary exploration, I thoroughly enjoy every play-through of this game and its sequels (except for Mass Effect - Andromeda).

On finishing this title, you’ll definitely be ready to move directly into Mass Effect 2! The release of Mass Effect Legendary Edition made playing through all of the games much easier on modern hardware, too.
